I love this design! Brings to mind fantasy dwarves, hikers and oddly enough, lumberjacks.

Great design, very unique! ^^ I like the earthy color scheme, and the red checkerchief offsets it nicely.
However, it may be a good idea to either raise the position of the kerchief-belt a little or shorten the cape-like paert and string parts at the front and back. It may help the proportions
