Description Here is the color final of the GZ mock-up art I added earlier. This was made into an 11x17 poster and shown around at Wizard World Chicago. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and I plan to use it as the cover of one of the future Ghost Zero books.

I love the aged effect. It fits with the classic pulp feel of the comic.

Thanks! This is still one of my favorite pieces, and I still have the original art for it. It's a strange feeling to still enjoy a piece for so long after you complete it...I tend to become quickly dissatisfied!

may i ask permission to make a customized toy of your character made out of a STiKFAS action figure? i plan to enter it in a contest, if that's okay.

If I can make a suggestion, its next time try to avoid the colors of the glove and his skull being so similar. Also the skull highlights on the one side make it look severely dented..

Just some suggestions, Its rad otherwise.

Good observations, sludger...particularly about the "dent" effect that the lighting has on the skull. The gloves and the skull are both brown...not much I can do to change that, but I could easily add some secondary lightsource color to tint things a bit.
Anyway, I'll keep it in mind for the next piece.

The best way to pull them apart would be up change the contrast on one a bit more, and or add a secondary light source. The skull would be better. Since the lighting is coming from camera right, the dark would be on the left and then a secondary color behind that like blue or dull purple (according the the BG/mood)

Good Stuff! Hey I see you're in Kentucky. That's where my wife is from. I met her while stationed at Fort Knox. She's from Elizabeth town (E-Town). Anyway, really enjoy your stuff man.

Oho! I've driven by E-Town a couple of times (on the way down to Murray), but never stopped by. It's a small world....and I like it that way!

My advice is to pick a bigger con and just go! Make sure you find out where folks are hanging out after the con...that's where lots of the fun connections take place.
