(Romance series based on color palette used for face-up, such as
neutral colors, pinks & purples. Romance collection is not
based on dolls expression, clothes, etc.)
Original everything except for face-up

Just wondering but what do you use to enhance the breast with, something like clay or did you make a paded bra?

Yes, the breast enhancement is a built up tiny nipple & I use polymer clay.

is it just me or did they make changes to the face mold for her from the original spectra? The last two I got don't seem to have the same mold as the first wave one.

I believe they did, the first wave of Spectra has deeper set cheekbones, the later ones aren't AS deep or defined, which sucks cause that was my favorite face mold ever.

I heard that picture day spectra so far is the only one with a new facemold.

Did you get a chance to see the sneak of the new Spectra's coming this year? The one from 13 Wishes, as well as the other one that appears to have a more magenta colored hair?

Same I really like it, I'll most likely get it and either sell off/give away the play set part to someone who wants it.
Spectra and Rochelle are the two dolls I try to get all the releases of.

My favorite has to be Frankie. I think I'm turning into a spectra fan too... I always said she was my least favorite but I realized I have a few of her and abbey.... For some odd reason. And those were my two least favorite. And I love ghoulia but I only have one of her... I need to rectify that... her and draculaura..... My goal is to have at least two of each if not three. One regular repainted, one sleeping repaint, and one glam repaint.

Nice nice! I have 34 total right now, no repaints yet.. and no Mods yet but there are plans for it in my basket.
I oddly have the most of Frankie in my collection even thought she's not a favorite of mine...that's just how it ended up.

Hmmm, they look the same to me. I've repainted one of the very first ones, which was
way before everyone was just buying them out all the time, & now this one. I didn't
notice a difference at all. I wish they would make her with non transparent arms & legs. ♥

I LOVE the DOT version but I HATE that the chains and all are PART of the mold. I didn't know they were coming out with a new picture day one... so I got one for christmas so now I have a sleeping one (repainted my first again), i'm gonna do a party one, and my regular one.

She has a kind of sad expression on her face. I really like the the details and the colors!

Thank you thank you, her eyes are supposed to be black though, lol, but they do look greyish I guess.
I have the hardest time doing dark colored eyes but I love them because people rarely do them. ♥

Thank you so much, I hate her factory paint but I have a hard time making her look young, I am much happier with this
version of herself than the one in my collection, I didn't think I would give another Spectra a makeover again, but
I patted myself on the back after this, lol.
