She runs the city like a business, making decisions that are based more on the big picture than on any petty squabbles that might influence some other Princes.
She is shown here as she appeared in her meeting with representatives of the Grant School for the Gifted in Las Vegas.

She was made using Posette (the P4 Woman) as a base.
Her dress and shoes were acquired long enough ago that I don't remember where I got them.
Her textures were altered from some I have in my runtime
Her hair is the Dana hair for the Master Skull Cap.
Background is the Tycoon Office from Daz3d (I think)

Vina was created by several years ago and her character has been adapted for use in the newer RP
