Description an oc of mine who is a bad guy dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn keeping his powers a secret atm lol the black of his out fit was not intended to be completly black but i was trying to use water color on it instead of copic bad idea but it kinda looks cool this way? maybe ? lol
