Very awesome.
The only thing I can think of with the colors is that I can't really tell what's his wings and what is (or if he has at all) his tail. What I suggest is maybe to have the lighting so that it's shadded where his tail ends, that way the wings will have the lighter tone so that maybe there can be a difference.

Everything head down is pretty awesome but like I dunno his head design seems like a bit too much like Espio D: His shoes are like Medabot feet XDD omg and epic tail please XD yeah I mean I like him but I really just think he resembles Espio too much D: Maybe like change his colour a bit I dunno XD
But yeah he's cool C: I really like his wing thingies too c: like the way it fades from purple into cream as that person said o:

I was aiming for an Espio-esque look, but it's mostly based off of the Chameleos dragon. I haven't quite finish with the gradient fades because I need to add one on his horn. XD;

Looks awesome, but maybe replace the purple on his outfit with something else? It just looks a little weird being the same color as his 'skin' >_o

Well his colors are kinda...used. It still works; it's just that i've seen them around before.

of course, Shadow Man is my favorite Mega Man character so it would be natural for me to see the similarities.
But anyways, it looks nice so far. Might i suggest adding some blue...somewhere?

Oh, sorry! i wasn't thinking Monster Hunter, i was just thinking it was a fancy play on the word "Chameleon" on your part. That explains the wings then...duh -_-
The colors are fine then...just distribute different shades of purple around when you do the real one.
