Story: (Warning, this is long.)
Roneru was a hedgehog born on the Black Crescent Isle, a set of islands that are isolated in the center of the Eltralisian Sea, away from the main continents. He was only a year old when a disease plague swept over his island along with a massive tsunami washed away many of the inhabitants and killed them off. As a mere infant Roneru was one the only swept away soul that managed to survive. 3 weeks he drifted in the harsh seas until he reached the shores of Perlcius. He grew up there, and eventually left the village after 10 years residence to find out about his true potential and eventually, the causes of his people's death.
As a drifter, he had no place to stay, usually sleeping isolated away from harms way while adventuring. During his ventures, he discovered his ability to use magic and began harnessing his ability until he crossed paths with Reosoul the echidna, who attached an Amethyst of Insanity to his head. After days of excruciating pain, he spawned the mirror image that would plague him for the rest of his life, Dark Roneru. Resuming his travels, he fought and tried to contain his dark side where ever they locked eyes and became stronger at controlling the magic he was left with, after most of it being striped from him by the spawning of Dark Roneru. After 4 years, he finally settled down and enrolled in a school that would sharpen his skills, Imperial High.
While there, he met up with his close friend, Burner and began working close with him to rise through the the school's ranks while taking classes that would help him with his loss of magic ability and sharpen his perceptive senses. This gave him a slight edge against his dark side along with the weapon training he received while he was there. With 3 years enrollment, he was already past his class in terms of credits and began his first year of college. His classes and training began to intensify as he began taking up hobbies and another occupation to fund the semester's tuitions. Fueled with hope and enthusiasm, he sets off in to the world of adults at the age of seventeen and began his career as a Blacksmith Magician in hopes that it would pay off the huge cost.
As months passed by, he became a very talented apprentice blacksmith and set off on his own, to harness his newfound abilities while still finding time for his hobbies. While hunting, he gained various abilities including his "Tap" ability, which allows him to analyze what material something is made from and how much strength it would take to break it. This along with his "Materialize" ability, allows him to pretty much obliterate anything that stood in his path. He eventually comes across his dark side and manages to capture and absorb him, replenishing and restoring the lost abilities he lost due to the entities splitting apart. Being fully united into one entity once again, he began to train to intensify and strengthen his power and then eventually settled down into a peace mountain valley, calling it his home after purging it and casting a powerful barrier around it, making sure it was that he was the only one there. Living there as a hermit, he practices and studies the various elements of magic and returning to his school "whenever it was on his whim."

Techniques (Techniks) (5 Most used):

Materialize - This specific ability allows him to form a useful item using his magic. If he does not stabilize or use the item within 5 minutes, it dematerializes back into pure energy for anyone to use. He can only generate 5 items at a time as there is a 10 minute interval between each materialization session.

Assimilate - This ability allows him to absorb items and convert them into pure energy to use. The effect may vary depending on the type of item.

Tap - This ability allows him to analyze a substance's genetic composure or hardness, depending on how much energy he puts into it and gives him a sense of how much strength he needs to use in order to destroy or break them down enough to assimilate. Also, it can be used in conjunction with Trace.

Trace - This ability allows him to strengthen an item, or stabilize it so that it becomes permanently created. This ability also allows him to create weaponry he has either seen or touched. This ability is best used in conjunction with Tap in order to make the weapon perfectly.

Overdrive - This ability allows Roneru him to push his bodies limitations to the extreme, raising his perceptive abilities, strength, and magic to a devastating level. This is most noted by ancestral markings appearing on his arms, legs and parts of his chest. The overdrive ability drains stamina at an alarming rate so this ability must be constantly charged in or to be sustained for extended periods of time. This must also be used sparingly as using it too much or too many times will cause the body to lock up and vital organs to rupture, ultimately resulting in death to the user. (Sidenote: Consider this ability like Sonic's super form, but he gets no speed boost.)

Magic Techniques (Circuit Techniks) (5 most used):

Arrow of the Golden Dawn - This technique is most known by his audible phrase, "Daeltus Veal-fru Synthros Rupevier!" Harnessing his magic, he can fire a golden bolt of magic at astounding speeds. This has many rates and modes of fire. (Scatter, rapid, power, delay and trick shots.)

Blades of the Seven Crimson Winds - This technique is known by his audible phrase, "Protus Veal-fru Disgadre Tus!"
Harnessing his magic, he can release razor-sharp, crimson blades of energy, cutting inanimate objects in half, but only moderately damaging his enemy. It only has to modes of fire.
(Power and Trap shots.)

Flames of the Demi-Devil - This technique has no audible phrase, but is most known by Roneru's eyes and circuit jewels flaming vigorously. Harnessing the planet's natural core heat along with his magic, he can use this attack to repel most attacks and cancel out some water based techniques. This can also be use to cause large explosions around Roneru, damaging those in a circular radius of 30 to 60 feet in range.

Suppressing Stone of the Deadly Earth Titan - This technique also has no audible phrase, but is most known by Roneru's circuit jewels giving off a vibrant golden-brown color. Harnessing the planet's natural earth, Roneru causes a shift in the ground and forces pillars to spike out at his foe , heavily damaging them and and sometimes, sharply raising his attack strength.
Alt. : This attack causes a straight row of jagged rocks to blast from the ground, tossing his foe high into the air while moderately damaging them.

Raging Torrent of the Frigid Damsel - This technique is most known by Roneru shouting, "Vaeltus Shinikus Aruve- DAMMIT!" Harnessing his magic and the planet's natural water, Roneru blasts multiple thin streams of water that can cut diamond. This attack deals heavy damage to his foe, and could deal more damage depending on if Roneru finishes the phrase. This attack has 3 modes of fire.
(Geyser, Jet, and Torrent blast.)

Weaknesses:

Roneru has extremely sensitive hearing and can even become paralyzed by extremely loud sounds.

Roneru cannot endure very many powerful direct hits before it's completely necessary that he flees to recover. This can be offset by him casting a Metal Defense Charm spell.

Roneru is not very capable of dealing with high speed enemies for extended periods of time. This can be offset if he casts a Speed Charm or Mach Speed Charm spell.

Roneru cannot understand very many languages and is vulnerable to many foreign diseases and sickness. Though this can be offset in most cases, he usually seals his magic off so that there won't be any accidental castings. The language weakness can be offset if he uses his translator ear rings.

Abilities:

Roneru is a skilled master with the many forms of Bojutsu, Intonjutsu, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu and loves practicing when ever he gets the chance.

He's also skilled in many forms of martial arts including The Art of the Eight Limbs (Muay Thai), Hapkido, Aikido, and Capoeira.
