An old OC from my Youth. Despite his less than menacing name, Lord Chuck proved as effective a villain as those that followed. Following a dream in which he saw the return of Belias, The Fallen Solar, Lord Chuck pledged his allegiance to the Dark One in exchange for the safety of his Kingdom. Following his treacherous murder of the Grand Guardian, Lord Chuck would repeatedly face the intervention of Heroes summoned by the Guardian of the North until he was challenged to a decisive battle and defeated...but it was not the end of him. He began to rally the forces loyal to Belias, such as the Cozards, and made numerous attempts to seize the Cardinal Stones. After two long years, and several aliases, Lord Chuck was finally cornered and killed by the Heroes. His death, however, only further weakened the Seal on Belias...
