Description
Had I foreseen the future of my desktop PC, the miserable, unavoidable death of the mother board that would result in those blasted windows never opening again from sometime around December 2008 on, I might have been wiser, and would have bought a mac-compatible scanner back in 2003.

But as I am not granted with the power of Sight, I hereby present you a photographed version of this grand (well, actually, it's about the size of my hand) painting. Behold! The water colors!

I have to say, I greatly enjoyed working on each step of this illustration. Yes, I dare call it an illustration rather than "painting" or "drawing" like I usually title whatever my paper folders contain. I began with the sketch that's in my gallery even now, and worked on a makeshift light table (who said seethrough glass from a painting frame combined with a regular lamp wasn't a brilliant idea?) and...

Why, yes, it is my first watercolor piece, indeed.
