Finally gave Mighty some color! He looks a little weird, but...it's Mighty. Speaking of which, I want to go into his story because I find him interesting.
Mighty and Ray grew up with Sonic and Tails. They had their own little friend group. Eventually, S&T move away but keep in touch. Years later, M&R go to compete in a canyon-scaling challenge. There, they find Tails with a new friend- Knuckles. Mighty and Knuckles hit it off and work together throughout the competition. T&K win and ask M&R to visit their home, who happily agree. During that time, M&R reunite with Sonic, hang out with his new friends, and explore his new home. Aside from that though, Knuckles and Mighty also spent a lot of time together, to the point where their friends noticed. Eventually, they started dating. They even got each other special bonded rings. Sonic and Tails were very happy to see their new and old friends getting along, but that happiness wouldn't last. One day, Mighty got a call from Tails. Sonic and Knuckles got crushed by a rockslide. Sonic was severely injured, and Knuckles died. Mighty was devasted. His lover was dead, and his childhood friend was crippled. Despite the circumstances, Mighty wasn't upset at Sonic for surviving (yet). When he and Ray attended Knuckles' funeral, he saw Sonic. He had a hollow expression on his face and was in a wheelchair. When he was asked to give a few words regarding Knuckles, he stayed silent. The entire service, Sonic said nothing. The rest of his friends gave speeches. Tails offered to give Mighty Knuckles' ring, but he refused. Despite how off he seemed, Mighty still didn't suspect anything of Sonic. That is until he got some news: Sonic killed Amy and Sticks. This was the last straw. Knuckles died, and Sonic lived only to abandon his little sister and kill the rest of his friends. Mighty heard that he was under some sort of spell or curse, but he didn't care. From that moment, he was full of hatred for Sonic. The hedgehog he knew as a child, the one he considered a brother, was a lie and a monster in his eyes. Mighty felt such a strong surge of anger that he almost passed out. Years later, that anger hasn't subsided. Any mention or sight of Sonic will put Mighty in a bad mood. This also caused tension between him and Tails. While she feared the monster that had taken over Sonic's body, she still loved Sonic. For Mighty, it was entirely personal, curse or not. When Sonic is not mentioned, he's still low-key and polite, just a lot more bitter and tired than he used to be.
