This is the perfect level of morbid that I enjoy seeing in dark or horror-genre artwork. The pun in the title is also very cunning and apt to the photomanipulation. I would mention that I also adore the usage of a grainy film-like layer over the artwork, which, in itself, makes the entire manipulation much better.
