Sri Lankan Leopard - Noorder Dierenpark Emmen (The Netherlands)Panthera Pardus Kotiya
This wonderful cat gave me the slip all day.
I made about 40 pictures of him, but they had to be taken through glass which was quite filthy.
Then there was the matter of the glass part of the enclosure being inside, with not much natural light, which my 400mm really didn't like.
So I had to get a shot of him through the fence outside, which, of course, is also not optimal.
I finally got this image, and even though it could have been much better, I like it enough to post here.
One day....
His look reminds me of my own, when I haven't had my morning coffee yet
