Very nicely done design, like the placing, background colors are just the ones needed!!!
Everything fits the design, only some different footer that i saw online version then it is here, or maybe im wrong.

you should try to make the whole logo alone - try to redesign the letters

great work, i think the logo would look better with a cleaner font and the vertical lines don't fit me...
