I redraw this picture a second time. At first it was a careless student who could not cope with a complex spell and summoned a demon. But now he has raised his level to the archmage. I have a part of the previous image in instagram: I place some old images there, and sometimes other images that are not on this site:Β Β InstagramThis is the original character, I called him Albert. It is directly related to my work Diamond knight . Albert is a wizard, not a warrior, but both belong to the same House. Like other representatives of this House, he also deals with crystals and precious stones.

This is increedible. I love the subtle lessening of light as u go from the top to the bottom of the picture. Not to mention the galaxy gas in the sky with the constellations. I'm curious though what kind of mage/spell caster he is? The reason I ask cause if he's a chronomage (Spellcaster dealing in time shifting) is because the bending staff implies to me time being bent around him, which I guess would also explain why there are soo many constellations in a concentrated space at one time. Also those runes on the arch, are they the astrological signs? You know like Aries, Virgo etc. As always look forward to see you next piece.

Yes, you are right, I think this is a time caster, chronomage. I have a special relationship to time and timepiece, so this is reflected in this picture. I have a great idea for drawing a full deck of Tarot cards, maybe this image will be the first card - the Magician card.

If you pardon my being spellbound by details rather than seeing the whole, must say the jewelry on the book cover is nothing short of exquisite. Absolutely remarkable craftsmanship. One can only wonder what secrets await within. It is almost that one forgets Albert himself is quite a delight to lay eyes upon as well.
Still there are some details that do not hold up as well, such as the perspective on the left half of the book, and how the cravat lines up to the curve of the chest. But for a scene so aglowing with the finest of what contemporary magic aesthetics have to offer, it bears against to criticise.

I like that answer. It is easy to overestimate or underestimate, and in either case, even with a journal, it can be hard telling how much time was spent where and on what.
