Description omg like 10mins of work Oo i love raichu he is a fatty! but he's my fatty but a happy one! 8D -cuddlish Raichu- give em lubb!

i actually like how this turned out XD but i hate whut the scanner did to it's coloring >.< but it shows teh shading more l3 so that is good? oh well.... LOVE TO ALL! XD
