-Kijo Tenpu the underground Shogun of Japan. Born in Kyoto, Japan, into an incredibly wealthy family, and strong influence in Japanese politics, Kijo Tenpu received the best training money could buy. Trained in politics, military maneuvers, arts, music, however her passion lies in her martial arts. Trained in Aikido from the age of 5, by the age of 29, she founded a new form of Aikido, Junsei Aikido, or “Perfect” Aikido. Her family controlled the underground crime worlds of Japan, and even the Imperial Guard of the Japanese Emperor. Instating herself over the Emperor, forcing him to bestow upon her the rank of Shogun of Japan, she reinstated the samurai as imperial guardians, and became the de facto ruler of Japan. Having visions of her grand empire in the making being defeated by a young Chinese pregnant woman, she panicked. Kijo devised the World’s Strongest Tournament as a means to lure this mighty warrior she had foreseen into the open, so that she would destroy her, while in the process eliminating any other threats. Kijo Tenpu allies with many through use of her power or bribery. She became pregnant in an effort to become what defeats her

my main final villain in my tournament, she is obviously japanese, and her name kijo means demoness, and tenpu means fertile. she also uses aikido, which is a really defensive, counter attacking martial arts. anyways, shes my main villain, and wheres the shoguns traditional hat, and also has a slighty more ceremonial look and such.
