you don't need to subscribe to sell prints anymore. everyone is enabled to sell prints. It's the old prints system that we used to pay for [one time] but it's now available for everyone. But if you want more control over prices and etc for your print [and more profit] then you could subscribe for a premium account.
On the top left of this image, it should say you can enable as print. "print not enabled, submit as print' and click that. If you have anymore issues just browse along in the faq.
