The fluid is a box object with specular material. Reflection and Transmit is set to full white. Scattering node is set to -1, while scale is turned down quite low.

Thanks mate!! Rendering took quite some time with all the sss, but it worked. There is some interference at the thighs, where I think the sss of the skin and fluid don't compute to well. A lighter rim appears.
