Description Noticed something odd in a few renders of mine. Then I realized what it is.

The figure on the left is V7 with HD @ subdiv level 3. On the right V7 no HD @ subdiv level 3.
Both have 3feetwolf genital applied. The HD of V7 is missing in the 3feetwolf prop and thus these edges along her but cheeks appear. On the front as well, but horizontally on thighs.

Anyone an idea how to fix this?

I don't buy the HD morphs, because I heard that they only work when you are using the default shape the HD morph was made for.  So is this only the V7 shape, or has the shape been modified somewhat?

The HD morphs work with every model. So EVA 7 HD will work with V7. However, some details might get messed up, especially the ears are sensitive to this.

When you raise the subd level of V7, you have to select the gen and raise the subd level to match V7. It does not follow the figure. That should take care of that. If you are not sure what I mean. I can show you some screen shots.

Hi, well I did turn subdiv to 3 on the genital prop, but still this happens.

Just to be sure, in case you have some magic trick...  I load V7 HD and attach 3feetwolf gen. I turn V7HD up to subdiv 3 and do the same to the gen prop. The result is what you see in the image I posted. But only with HD morph loaded.

Well, if that's the case. Bring it up to 3feetwolf, I'm sure he will look into it or even have a suggestion. He's pretty good with handling customer support.

Wish I did know how to fix it, seems to happen with just about all HD character body morphs, think I've only found 1 that it doesn't, more or less a show stopper for it's use for me unfortunately.

Yeah, things like this happen so often. There's always something 'wrong' or not working fully that takes the fun out it.

No one seems to have posted about it recently in the support thread on the forums, but it's 13+ pages long so I haven't read 100% of it.

Ran through the forum, but couldn't find anything related to this. My guess is still that the HD morph changes so much, while at the same time the HD morph cannot be applied to the gen prop. Where as the 'original' gen prop for V7 is perhaps changing with the morph due to how it is attached, or belonging to the base model.

It's possible, but when you apply a HD morph it doesn't change that much, it's mostly just fine detail, this quite a big change/easy to see.

Yeah, when subdiv is at 1, it still looks okay, but with subdiv on 2 and 3 or even 4, it becomes quite visible.
