I really don't know why, but I just felt like making something orange. OTL;More character designing again just for the fun of it. It's a good way to clear my mind. xD This one is a phantom/shadow cat, a 'mythical' cat. It has no gender, but takes the human form of a younger boy, though it can switch at any time it chooses and also change how it looks. Kinda creepy, I know, rofl.
Anyway, this guy is obsessed with jam/jelly and precious jewels and gems. Yes, those long sleeves do have claws that come out of them, and he can hide all sorts of things in them as well. Originally he was inspired by something semi-Egyptian, though I kinda sorta strayed from that in the final design. Wire-thin tails are <3 though~
He has no name currently, but if you guys want to think up names and toss them at me for him, feel free to. ' u '

Now I'm hopefully going to start submitting daily (almost) again like I used to. Been super busy lately with beta testing some games, so I haven't had much time ahah. ;;

Why does shadow have no definition in latin? D: latin-shadow with a kaka at the end would have been a great name... derp. Best I can come up with is Aterkaka but that's dark in latin and it doesn't even sound good. Even Umbrakaka sounds better. Wait, isn't umbra shadow? ...Well there you go, my submission for a name after writing a text wall. I'm such a latinhoe.

I kinda like this! Its cartoon-y and really, really cute, but I think that if you added more intricate details, it'd be really awesome.
Also, I can see that must've based this on Taokaka from Blazblue juuuuust a little but, but spread out and add your own ideas, make this kid even better!

Thanks! I was considering that actually, I feel his pants are a bit too bland, that and the top of his shoes, so I might add some more designs to them the next time I draw him. :3
I actually didn't base him at all on Taokaka when I was designing him, it's just a coincidence they look similar. XD

Basten after the egyptian cat headed god Bastet and Aker after The double lion god, gaurdian of the sunrise and sunset. Gaurdian of the peaks that supported the sky
