This was my fiance and my favorite movie when we first got together! I love it man. You're so much more creative than I! I just like painting pretty pictures. But you twist them and make them your own. gangsterrr!

Thanks dude. Man, "creativity" comes in small bursts to me. Usually it's something unexpected that I come across, because when I sit down and try to think of new ideas for a piece, well you just can't force pure creation like those dudes in Inception said.
Glad you like this piece and movie, have you seen FM's original 300 graphic novel? The movie is shot frame-for-frame to the novel, I was surprised.

Is it!? I'll have to check it out. I've seen some of Frank Millers other shit though. I like it!

I feel like I haven't done anything my own stenciling for awhile. I have some projects that I'm working on for other people. or Cutting on backgrounds I'll use sometime in the future. But I just started working on a piece that I'm pretty excited about. I can't wait to see what people think!

Anyway, I haven't heard from you in awhile. I hope all things are well for you and yours. Keep on painting brother.

haha, I've been busy scheming.. I'm getting paintings together and frames n shit for my solo art show.. And by that I mean I'm just inviting a couple of people to my place and hanging my pieces on walls for max-promo Also bombing some freewalls almost every weekend to see how the stencils look on the streets, going today actually.

NICE! It's artswalk this weekend down in Olympia. There is a stencil artist up in the State theater. I'm hoping to get some of my pieces on display for the spring artswalk.

Way ahead of you crazy man.

Great job on the piece. I don't think buying anything at the Home Depot for art is good. When I paint I shop at Hobby Lobby (They have a ton of stuff for every hobby out there) and at my school store ( I just find weird stuff there sometimes).
