IRL it happened to me when my sister Grace was into modeling. She had so many clothes that she would steal my laundry basket more than once. In which when I wanted to do laundry, I can't. I complained to her and said that the only way I can do laundry is if I buy ANOTHER laundry basket because she is using all of them. She said, "You can buy another laundry basket only if you want to." and not let me use any of the ones in the apartment. She didn't understand the difference between want and need.
