Idk, I guess, but he would probably just deny it. I think the only thing you can do right now is probably report that deviation, give a link to your piece of art, and state in you extra info box that you are the original artist.

Haha. But I suggest that the out fit is a bit too revealing for the younger audience though. Try dressing her in a gothic lolita or something like that that is cute but not revealing.
