Description
Occasionally called "fencers," these units excel in melee combat and sabotage enemies on the battlefield. They are equipped with a cloaking device which holds two functions; a stealth field that shields the soldier from detection by conventional or digital means. However, it can give the soldier away if someone happens to notice the "dead-zone" on surveillance equipment. The secondary function acts somewhat like a portable EMP, not only announcing its prescience, but screaming it by shutting down, destroying, or disabling all technology lacking an AZtec safeguard. Anti-magnetic waves also disrupt solar radiation, making the entire area shimmer like a mirage and hiding the blademaster from enemy eyes while other AZtec soldiers rely on their helmet feeds to gun down disoriented targets.
