The person in the photo isn't anorexic. Thin doesn't automatically mean anorexic, and I'm sick of you people always saying things like "SHE NEEDS TO EAT OMG, GIVE THAT GIRL A CHEEZBURGAR".
If you have friends who are, you should know then that it's personal and the most disrespectful and hurtful thing you can do is tell them they should eat. I think you should look up anorexia, because when you're actually anorexic your body rejects all food anyway.
