pretty much a practice piece... an old sketch that i finally decided to color up and finish.... low res version...

acceptance that not everything is all sunshine and rainbows, what counts is what you do once you get to that point and the decisions you make afterwards. i know the idea probably doesn't fit the image but what the hey...

something in a similar vein, came across it today, a quote from alexander graham bell...
“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.”
