Description Took this at the Narrows Locks in Ontario, Canada at sunset. I was testing effects in Photoshop and created this by combining several effects. Not hard, but i like it.

Thanks a lot! actually i think i only added two effects to it. Thats like clicking two buttons Photoshop is all just about experimenting
