I'd also like to add to the tutorial that Draenei Females have a greater natural arch to their backs than humans; this zig-zag line actually continues through their upper body as well and bends their torsos, resulting in their chest being naturally more pushed out as well as their butt, which is probably why many seem to find them so appealing.
And, with such a back-and-forth anatomy, it can be especially helpful and reduce confusion to draw a single line to denote the center of balance throughout the character from their head and down to the ground below them so as to avoid them tilting unnaturally much to one side and looking like they're about to fall over... unless that's the purpose, of course.
