What brush do you use?
What settings is it one?
Which Photoshop version do you use?
The reason I'm asking is because I never seem able to make my lines that smooth. I'm using a Bamboo Splash and Photoshop CS2.

Brush: Standard brush for lineart and cell shading, airbrush for soft shading like on this picture.
Settings: Standard brush is full opacity with pressure sensitivity influencing stroke size. Airbrush with varied opacity and (usually) pressure sensitivity influencing density.
Program: I do the VAST majority of my artwork in Paint Tool SAI, not Photoshop. However when I DO use Photoshop for text or some effects, it's CS5.
Paint Tool SAI is fantastic for lineart. Working at higher resolutions can also help. The rest is just practice!
