Makoto Kobayashi is a famous Japanese mechanical designer, responsible for the ova Dragon's Heaven, and several gundam designs, on top of a plethora of other series designs.

Quite nice, I would like to see this design developed. Actually much more graceful than a lot of official MA's from the gundam universe (big zam, val varo, etc).
