This piece is a gift for a friend on Discord. This is his OC, Fel, a recolor of IF from Hyperdimension Neptunia (We could even call it zombie IF…) This one was a test of new tools and a new ambience, and I hope I was able to convey the scene’s sadness.I hope you guys enjoy!!
