Description Doctor Who Fan-art!
Watercolour, fine-liner & white gel-pen. I had limited resources during the summer and this was a piece I did in my A4 sketchbook for a summer art project I've been assigned. My theme was "Colour" I kind of got my inspiration from Alice Zhang just because she's pretty darn rootin-tootin good at neony sci-fi/DW fan-art.
