I did it!! XD took me for EVER to get that circle thing in the background but i finally did it!! >.< infact i tried so many things i cant even remember wat i did O_O..ah well.... heres to.. me ^_^ Mai 15th Bday ^o^

do use ps 7.0? if u put that on a layer separated from the main pic, u can blur it / gaussian blur it then brighten. or use filter cutout etc etc many creative way

filter > blur > gaussian blur , makes the layer / pic u working get blurred, there's a meter to change the blur effects too. i dunno if its on PSCS >.<
