This is awesome! I love the colors used here. I'm going to school for art and I have been having trouble looking for books or local courses on Nihonga painting. I know of sumi-e courses and books, but wanted to push it further. Any suggestions of possible resources?

The way you play with different colours, textures and even ways of painting is absolutely interesting, you've got really nice skills there, because it doesn't look strange at all, but beautiful, and I don't think that's an easy thing. Great! ^^

I think the only thing that I would change (if it was my piece) is the cell shading. I feel like it could use more rendering to contrast against the very graphic patterns. But again, that's just what I would do...
