some nights i lie awake trying not to think about the horrible things i been though. i try to cope with this by saying it could be worse but unfortunately this makes it worse.Then i start worrying about the future and would history repeat itself, but how do i know whats gonna happen i am not a fortune teller and yet i do any way.
even on antidepressants this still effects me worrying and stressing about stuff creating bouts of anxiety and low motivation for anything
