Description
This is Lady Marigold, going through her moult. There is usually an explosion of feathers, and there stands a scrawny, featherless chicken.

Today, I thought I would try stippling. I enjoy this technique and think it looks very effective.
I've added a little colour on her wattles and comb - the red ink looks good with black and white.

Painting the red over the stippling, reminded me of the magic colouring books my mum used to buy me as a kid. Where you add water, and the colour magically appeared.
