I didnt replace the sky with a gradient though I heavily adjusted the curves and used a polarizer on the original shot. So yeh id say no its not real, though i thought the dramatic sky suited the fantasy style subject. Thanks for your kind words

stunning photo. did you replace the sky with a gradient? i've never seen the sky have such a perfectly even gradient like this, especially with the sun coming from almost straight overhead. the edges of the foreground and background rocks seem to clash slightly with the sky too. it creates a wonderful contrast, but is it real?

I like this picture because I can't decide whether having the person in the picture actually adds anything. it'd be a great photo without the person still, but would it then just be a picture that looks something a lot like mars? I love the colours in it. your gallery is starting to bloom with bright colours. good stuff.
