Quality cyberpunk and an anthro deer?
How does this not have a single comment? Impossible!
Seriously, love this design. I want to know everything about her. What sort of pistol is that? Is it ballistic or directed energy? Plastma? Is that red compartment an isotope blender? Or is it laser-based? Is she a highly converted cyborg, or just partial? Is she perhaps even fully robotic, in the style of ValyceNegative 's therianthrobot designs? If she is a cyborg, what are her cybernetics? Are those cyberlimbs or natural? Are the lights on the arms implants or clothing? What does she run on? Does she have an extra electrical grid, or is that port on the chest it? Are those fiber-optic cables, or some sort of fictional medium? Does she have any extra optics? Sensory enhancements? Is she a species with natural female antlers, or are those implants? If implants, are they biological or prosthetic? Come to think of it, if she is a cyborg, is she at all a natural deer? The possibilities of cyberpunk are endless~

That is great to hear. You would not believe how many people who like mechanized characters put no thought into how the designs work, and some even become offended when asked about technical details. And indeed, the basic biomonitors and sensory editors are very respectable cybernetics, often overlooked in the metafictional arms race to create the most sophisticated technologically enhanced characters.
The plasma pistol is a really neat design. You've really captured how in a setting where things are generally industrial, as cyberpunk per definition is, there are still going to be markets for sleek fantasy space age designs. Was about to ask if the pistol was loaded with cartridges, perhaps glass/plastic ampoules charged with inert gas and breaks or swings open to accept them, but then noticed the port on the bottom of the grip. Could be an interface port, or a changing slot, as on a lighter?
Well done.
