something I drew for my good friend Benthedragon, who's one awesome fellow to hang with <3 and I also had the chance to try some things I learned with the training in this drawing ^^ I'm...moderately pleased with it, but I can still see there's a lot I should improve
oh well, that's what practice is for :3

Hmm. I don't see anything particularly wrong with this picture, except it might look better if you erase all of the guidelines and such.~
Maybe you don't like your pose here? Your friend's there is fine.~

well, erasing the guidelines makes the pic look even dirtier due to the eraser smudges...what I really need is a coloured pencil to make those lines so I can remove them with photoshop.

I have to use guidelines with some of the harder poses so what I do is lightly brush with an unsharpened pencil.~ Then I sharpen/switch said pencil and darken the lines I want to keep. Then I lightly rub my eraser over it, and the darkened lines will be the only ones still visible.~
Re-darken and et voila.~ I had to do a whole comic this way the other night. ;
