Imagine if Sora, Donald, and Goofy were to venture into either in the reefs of Australia or in the sea of Monterey Bay and meet up with Marlin, Dory, and Nemo, along with their friends. Boy, they would be in it for adventure, the danger, and the missions, with a helping of thrills and amazing sights of the sea! Donald would either be a seagull, a pelican, an Arctic tern, or some small colorful fish, Goofy might be a bigger tropical fish or a sea turtle, but as for Sora, whatever form or type of marine animal he'd be, I'll leave it up to you (though he might turn into some tropic reef fish or a young dolphin. Again, your guess is as good as mine though).
