No story this time, or rather, story exists, but not here. Instead, a message:I did this picture for the Bastion Work's weekly artist challenges that have just started. Sort of a little project with the intent of getting all the creatives that enjoy this sort of subject matter to get producing. Not mandatory, of course, but something that some of you might want to check out. There's also writing challenges for the writer types, so that's where the story for this one is.

Gorgeous stuff. I really like the fire-effect, especially around her feet. The pointy ears make me wonder if she's a djinn/ifreet, but then I'm probably over-thinking the matter.

Very interesting outfit and the body is well proportioned too, Though I find the hand an awkward size to her. To say, "I find it very large" that's just my opinion.

Fire was always one of those effects that made me want to pull my teeth out when I knew I had to incorporate it. Good work though, and nice posture, reminds me of some middle-eastern work I've been oogling here recently. I give it two thumbs up.

The vivid use of reds and yellows are amazing. The flames at the bottom look water-like but the stillness of a picture is probably the cause of that.
Is fire your your favorite element?

I have to say, not just for her being pregnant and all, this has to be one of the best things I have ever seen you draw. The style and coloring is so stunning to the eye and just overall amazing! I can't really think of much else to say but I love it!

Nice experiment with the lip deisign here, though I can't help but find it awkward. The upper lip seems too thin; and I actually thought that her lower lip was actually her open mouth for a brief second.
