Wow. I would sooo love to see this in action on my computer screen right now. I love the way you captured and integrated your creative imagery, mixing into this soft pixel art style that gives the whole piece a special style that only a few of the best games have.
At first look, this reminded me quite a bit of Doukutsu (Cave Story) by Studio Pixel. I think this might be because of the night-time edge view and the over all style of the Artwork.
Sorry for rambling, it's just that I find this image inspiring.

Seems like you really took a lot over from sereneworx though.

This is a very old project.
I didn't know sereneworx when I started this game. I was a bit inspired by the Neverhood,
but this is my own style.
Now, i know serene, and i really like his works, maybe cause his style is a bit similar, but his color using is way different, and my art style is a little "street-art"-ish, unlike his style.
Some people think's I ripoff-ed his game, just because
he is "famous", and I'm not.

Well Cave Story is bit old great game, got simple graphic with not much colors and small sprites and very good plot. Use Google if You want to know more.
What engine You use for this game or maybe You write Your own engine?
