Description

My second Halloween piece for this month. The faces in the shadow were actually going to be for the last one, running along the sides, but it just didn't pan out. By then I'd spent so much time on them and was having so much fun make them that I set them aside for what eventually turned into this. It also made for surprisingly good practice for my faces, so I can't say I regret spending so much time on it either way.

I also think now might be a good time to say (even though no one's watching me, but whatever) that not every piece of artwork I make will be horror/lovecraftian, and I'm pretty sure my next big project, whatever it is, will be a hard right turn from what I normally do.
