OK so this was ORIGINALLY a whole fallen angel, caught between heaven and hell. Them my mother didnt get it, so i was worried it was too subtle (i know i know i'm telling you guys what it meant to be now but we're cool!) And i asked my bff/gf whats he thought the symbolism meant. And she took it to be vampiric since thats one of our favorite genres. A caught between hunger and normalcy. In fact it made her think of Ivy Tamwood, a character in Kim Harrison's The Hollows series. she's a vampire who hates whats he is for the first half of the series, then she embraces it TOO much, and now she's starting to get to that correct middle ground. Well i like that symbolism but if anyone can give me some tips on making interesting pupil shapes i would much appreciate it.
