Sky and Samora from Rising Fury. Commissioned to do this piece, and he did a good job at illustrating their bond.
Sky is a very quiet, often shrewd giant who doesn't take offense to words and has no pension for violence. Samora is almost the exact opposite. A dimished pirate who isn't afraid to hurt people by robbing them blind, opinionated, and yet somehow lovable due to her situation mostly.
I've been commissioning for going on about four, almost five years now, I think? What a pair we make!!
