I exercise daily in order to keep in shape. My job requires physical perfection and I press my body to its limits in order to perform as required. My day usually starts with an early morning run on the beach or any other sandy area. The sand is what is important as it adds extra resistance, especially to someone of my size and build. If I can move swiftly across a terrain that slips beneath my hooves and seeks to hinder my advance, then I will fly like an arrow across solid ground. I work on my stamina and speed, adding extra weight with woven baskets full of rocks. After the run I swim or wade through chest-high water, rocks included.

I also train with my fellow Guardians, which keeps us all alert and on our hooves. There's not much sense in training your body if you have no experience against an adversary.
