This guy is a mortician. He gets buffs based on how many corpses are around.

Also he's really, really, REALLY strange.

Edit: I should note that the right hand (viewer's right, not his right) has curled fingers, so what you're seeing is not the fingertips but rather the second knuckles. It was more clear before, but I messed it up.
