Here is Sailor Neptune as Roulette. She is the 8th installmetn of my crossover villaness series. Now Roulette is your high class villain but she did use a small ear pieice to brain wash teh females of the justice legue to fight in her underground rig for money, id say thats pretty evil lol one of my favorite things with this one are teh shadesa dn teh snake tattoo lolBLank @ its repsective creator

Yeah ^_^ Its essentially that for the entire series of these I did. Its like all the scouts watched a bunch of Justice League and Batman and Superman and thought id be fun to dress up as the villians
