Job: Newsboy (Leader of the newsboys in Seraque)
Job Description: He sells newspapers at the streets in the morning, then stays at his small stall in the afternoon. He also provides top secret information to those who’d be willing to pay the price. Payment doesn’t come cheap though.

Expertise: Social Skills

Weapon Description: There’s nothing particularly special about the stick, but the eyes of the hawk figure are class C crystals that can be replaced (but not by plucking out by hand.) Toph found the stick at some garbage dump while he was walking around the city.

Accessories:
Coin Pouch - Where he places some of his coins.
Small Notepad - Just an ordinary notepad where Toph would scribble his personal thoughts and reminders (even though his brain is just enough.) He doesn’t like people touching it as well.
Fountain Pen - It’s a pen that was previously owned by his father, was given to his mother, and then passed down to him. He always carries it in his pocket and, like the notepad, refrains others to touch it.

Personality: Toph uses his charisma in dealing or negotiating with people to the point that he would sweet-talk anyone, especially those from the noble family, just to get his way. His tongue could get sharp anytime though, depending on the situation.

One could say he’s a very sociable person, but most of the time, if not all, it is just a facade to widen his social network for a certain purpose. This means he’d prefer having a conversation with a person of high status than someone who barely has coins in his pocket.

Money is the only thing Toph thinks about. During his free time, he would either indulge himself with the scent of a coin (particularly a gold coin) or creates a tower out of coins to count them. If ever there’s one missing, he could easily tell.

Background: Currently residing in the City of Seraque, and trying to earn a living through selling newspapers. Any other information about him is unknown.
