It's kind of hard to find a good image of what characters look like when they are older.
Here Sora looks too jacked and I guess handsome. He kind of looks douchey.
It just kind of lacks Sora's friendliness and dorkiness that makes him, him.
I mean with Naruto, I think they made his face too long and took away the spikyness with his hair. He just looks ugh! as an adult.
